This is a style of play we use less of in Detection foundation training, but that can make a difference for Detection dogs too, to aspects like the return to you with a toy, or for training a reliable, conflict-free release cue.
In addition, it can make a difference in our understanding of our dogs and the relationship we have with them. And it's fun.
