Webinar Session has ended now.

Many problems blamed on arousal in Detection are not really caused by arousal itself. Without arousal, a dog would be asleep, not searching.
Over-arousal is a problem. Dogs become less efficient, miss hides, or interfere with the hide.
Trying to train around arousal, suppressing it, or avoiding it altogether rarely works. The result is often a dog that looks controlled in training, but can’t function properly once search drive kicks in.
This webinar challenges the way arousal is handled in Detection training. We’ll look at what most commonly causes over-arousal, and how to prevent it, so our dogs can search accurately and effectively.
