Webinar Session has ended now.

A webinar for dog trainers who want to teach, or already teach Detection in mixed-ability classes - where dogs and handlers arrive with different backgrounds, motivations, and experience levels, and where “Kong crazy” is not the norm.
This session is grounded in my experience teaching Detection to pet and sport dog owners in group class settings over many years, alongside my current work with working dogs and instructors.
We’ll look at some of the practical considerations instructors face when teaching Detection in classes or workshop formats, including how reward choices influence learning and class dynamics. The aim is to offer perspective and practical takeaways you can adapt to your own training and teaching context.
Presentation and Q&A. Bring your questions.
